“CHC Company is the best contracting company around! I knew I liked Christian from the moment I met him. On the initial visit, he looked over everything I wanted to get done. He asked insightful questions, and he took pictures. He didn’t try to upsell me on an overpriced vision he had for my home. He gave me a ballpark quote, and then went home and itemized everything to offer an official, fixed price. These prices stayed the same throughout the entire project. As he worked each day, he recorded his progress, so I could see what was happening in a handy app on my phone. His employees were polite and dedicated to making my home dreams come true. As a woman, I was worried about having lots of strange men in and out of my house, but the same 3-4 guy crew showed up every day. “Delighted for this opportunity. Tony is the most detailed professional contractor I have had the pleasure to work with. Mine was a simple open covered deck add on and backyard fence. This man builds 6,000 sq ft and up homes but tackled these comparatively small projects as if it was a major house construction. He brought in job specific work crews explained specifically to them what materials were to be used, how the job was to be completed, and by when. These crews would work diligently all day here never leaving to "finish up another project". Tony took the time to come by my house everyday to inspect the work performed by his crews. He actually would look at nail spacing on the fence and deck porch. If I had any questions during the process I could call him; he would politely take all the time needed to satisfy my concerns. If he was unsure over the phone about what I was attempting to ask he would jump in his truck and come over to inspect first hand.
