Being first time homeowners, it was important that we found a contractor we can trust to guide us through the process start to finish. Not only did they deliver our dream home renovations, which includes a finished basement, new basement full bath, and master suite with walk-in closet, they stayed within a reasonable budget and timeframe. “My husband and I bought a house about 20 years old. The bones were solid but it needed a lot of updating. We needed a company that understood our goal, listened to our needs, respected our budget and finished the work on time. They did it all! The project included: -Wainscoting throughout dining room & foyer - Came out STUNNING! -Reworking the fireplace mantle to fit our Plasma - Great carpentry work and installation of new stone around the fireplace -Sanded the floors and used a water based finish - Beautiful -Added a wall and door to an open den that is now my husband's very private office - He's in heaven -Replaced all the hardware and lighting fixtures - This made a huge difference -Wired the house for sound and installed Sonos Music System -New carpeting in all bedrooms and stairs -Painted all the interior walls All these small projects transformed our home. Our house no longer looks 20 years old. We could have easily had another contractor in our house recommending a lot more work to accomplish what we needed and wanted. The Remodeling Company helped us make great decisions. Plus, working with them was a sincere pleasure! The guys were always on time, courteous, and always cleaned up when they were done for the day. The Remodeling Company exceed our expectations, for sure! They made certain our project was hassle free and seamless. I can not say that for other contractors we have hired. “I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. When I spoke to Chris from Develop X Properties, he reached my comfort level in the first minute of our convo. He assured me the work would be done within my budget and in a timely fashion. The most important part is that he kept me updated throughout the whole process. Chris was very responsive and very transparent. They did a fabulous job on both of my properties. The company is also well versed with different styles and methods of construction: from traditional, transitional, contemporary, modern, and ultra modern. Sordan Construction also has software that tracks the project progress and engages the client every step of the way to ensure the client gets everything they desire, and more. The return on investment of their projects is astronomical. It is often said you get what you pay for. Sordan Construction has broad experience with installing everyday common materials to highly delicate and expensive import materials. Sordan Construction is not cheap, but rather reasonable because as mentioned above, they accept nothing less than an excellent job. As mentioned above, you get what you pay for. Pictures never do their work justice and I will upload pictures of the project at the end of the project. Sordan Construction literally transformed our traditional 12,000 sqft mansion into a modern contemporary marvel with high quality stones, smart home system, German kitchen cabinetry and top of the line appliances. “Orival completed a number of projects for me as I was preparing to sell my condo in Charlestown. From removing a light fixture, to patch/painting a hole in the ceiling, installing new tile in our mud room, and completing several repairs on my deck including a full stain. “I used Clear Cut Design for a wet bar in our dining room and built in cabinets in our powder room. They both came out beautiful. His work is amazing quality and excellent craftsmanship. I appreciate his attention to detail and helpful feedback when I had questions while designing the built ins. He was extremely professional and personable throughout the entire experience.
