“I hired this company to complete a home renovation for my husband and I. They were very prompt with getting back to me and coming to meet with me about the project. They listened to our wants and needs and provided an estimate in a timely manner. Christie was very easy to communicate with and in getting things handled. I needed a wide variety of things completed and she was able to provide a proposal encompassing my wants. She was very fair about what was realistic and what I could expect from my budget. I had flooring replaced in the entire downstairs of my house (floating vinyl plank). I had my kitchen appliances replaced as well. I had my kitchen cabinets painted, new backsplash installed and granite countertops in the kitchen and in both bathrooms. I had new sinks and faucets put in both the kitchen and both bathrooms. I had a new vanity installed in my half bath. I had new under cabinet lighting wired as well as new lighting run in the foyer and my pantry as well. I had some sheetrock repairs done and some painting as well. A new front door was installed as well as new locks and hardware. They were able to complete all items I needed done for my renovation which was fantastic. They coordinated the entire process from helping me pick out materials to arranging the people to do the work and the clean up when it was through. They addressed all concerns I had in a timely manner and provided solutions. They were very honest and did what they said they were going to do. The people coming in and out of my home were very professional and efficient. They made sure my husband and I got what we wanted and made the processes enjoyable in the process. “Word of mouth is the most effective means of referral. I was put in contact with SITY Renovation to complete 3 bathroom and a laundry room renovation on a 30+ year old home. Yuriy, owner and General Contractor, is honest and just the type of person you feel at ease doing business with. So much that the comfort level was there leaving a key with him. As the renovation winds down, Yuriy has stayed true to his quote and his vendors are all top notch...equally friendly, patient and most of all perfectionists. They have the mindset that your home is their home. Had I come into contact with Yuriy sooner and known that he could have completed all of my projects (spray foam insulation, new HVAC, extensive electrical, wood floors, carpentry and trim, painting), I would've given him the entire job. Come next spring when we are ready for the kitchen renovation and when cash reserves replenish, we will also utilize his wife who is a high-end architect and designer. “I have used many contractors during the time I've had my 1925 Arts & Crafts bungalow in Savannah Georgia. Robert Foy is by far the best contractor I have every known. He is honest, does exquisite work, a perfectionist and a fine designer. He started by painting my living room from there he built and replaced railing on my front porch, redesigned my tiny bathroom into a functional space with a lot of storage, he designed built-in storage, day bed and desk for the small sun porch. That is the epicenter of the house now. He designed and built a coffee station cabinet in the kitchen. All of this work is pictured on his web site. Recently, he painted the exterior house trim, took off a bit of the siding to see what the original siding looks like. It looks good so we might do the siding project next to restore the house to the original siding, getting the later aluminum siding off. Robert is extremely attentive to detail and keeps the integrity of the home in mind. For more recent projects I am on a long waiting list because the word is out, he is in demand.
