“I am someone who has high expectations and have really had some issues in the past with previous contractors. This was really a process finding a company to ease my doubts on hiring another random contractor. After speaking with Elite I had a good feeling but still was hesitant because I've had that before and turned out not so good. Once they came out and met them in person I could tell they were a different kind of contractor. They were very professional, got back to me very promptly and accurately. Overall great company all around!”

“We hired Fix It Now to finish our ~1000 sqft basement from beginning to end. We solicited bids from a number of companies and found Fix It Now to have the best combination of price, plan, and expertise. Overall we were very happy with the work which was done on schedule. Minor changes and issues were addressed very quickly and we stayed within budget. We have been using this new space for several months and continue to be very happy with the quality of the work.”

“We would highly recommend SBR. They offered incredible craftsmanship, thoughtful planning and genuine human kindness. We hired Santiago and his team to gut and fully renovate a shell. It was a huge project! They made the challenging process of construction easy and enjoyable. The finished product is an award winning two bedroom two bath investment property that generates significantly above market rates. Specifically, we appreciate Santiago's willingness to make hard conversations easy. Like most construction projects ours did not go exactly according to our plan but he was comfortable delivering unexpected news and offered solutions that were workable for our timeline and our budget. He showed up from day one to completion. And as stated the craftsmanship is award winning! We have since hired SBR for additional services and we will continue to do so. My only worry is that the secret of his skill, services, and kindness will get out. So please keep this review quiet :)”

“Bill Bullock and his father at Mariner Custom Homes are professional, meticulous, and bend over backwards to help clients through the challenging design & building process. During construction of this 16,000sq.ft. manor residence, i recall going out to the site and asking Bill if he had the detail sketch i gave him for the dormer details? He went to his impeccably organized work van, opened the back doors pulled volume three of six out, flipped open to the section that had the sketch and said, "you mean this sketch?" They are the most organized professionals, to the point of being anal, that ADW has had the pleasure of working with over 30 years of practice! I highly recommend Bill Bullock and Mariner Custom Homes for any project, large or small, and we do! Paul Thompson, President Architectural Design Works, Inc.”
