“My experience with Heritage was totally positive. They came out, evaluated my problem, explained what was needed to fix it and provided an estimate. I had a large bump in my sub flooring. They repaired the floor and put down a new wood floor. They were always polite and answered all of my many questions during the process. I knew when they were coming and what work was going to be done. When it was time to pick out the flooring they were patient and allowed me to take time to change my mind before ordering. A contract was signed prior to the work and the cost to me remained the same, even when the problem proved to be more difficult than anticipated. I love my flat beautiful floor and the process was without stress or worry. I would, and have, recommended Dan Harder and Dan Reiger at Heritage Home Works to anyone that wants work done on their home. I hope to use them again in the future for other projects.”

“We contracted Smith Home Improvements for the first time in 2008, and have used them exclusively since that time for all of our home improvement projects which now numbers more than 14. Their work is excellent, and the guys very helpful and friendly. Another thing that we really have appreciated is that they have also become our timely "go to" company for several handyman type projects over the years. I highly recommend these folks. “Our home is absolutely beautiful. Mike was by far the best priced of all the bids we received. His crews worked to complete our home ahead of schedule due to our lease expiring on our rental. As with any home being custom built there are going to be some mistakes, what makes a great builder is if they correct the mistakes quickly and properly and Mike did that every time.
