“We had the pleasure of working with Dave Martin of Renovation Science on our bathroom renovation. We have worked with other contractors in the past, and we can honestly say Dave outshines them all! He is extremely talented, professional, experienced and hardworking. He knows the importance of keeping the client engaged in the renovation process. Dave respected our need to protect our hardwood staircase so he built protection for it. We appreciated his attention to keeping the workplace and our home clean. Dave was also able to take some design sketches and build a couple of very beautiful and creative recessed features. He even went to the trouble of building us a model of a recessed garbage can so that we could envision what one would look like. We have had many compliments on our bathroom and Dave's workmanship. We were so pleased with his work that we asked him to take on two other renovations for us. Again, he was able to take a designer sketch of recessed LED lighting for our living room and dining room ceiling; he did a beautiful job. Dave also took our sketch for a fireplace mantle and surrounding shelves and was able to make adjustments to our sketches using design software which made it very easy for us to envision what our feature fireplace would look like. Lastly, he built a beautiful large shed for us, complete with a shingle roof, lighting and concrete floor. Dave is a mechanical engineer with a Master's degree in building envelope technology. In part, I think this is what gives him an edge over the other contractors we have used. Our thanks to Dave and his passion for his work, and helping clients realize their dream renovations!”
