“I reached out to Home Renew 360 to work on my house and they came quickly. I decided to continue with them since they explained all the details and addressed my concerns which made me feel safe. I had done the exterior paint , rewrite and the roof and it looks absolutely amazing! The cool life paint with the cool roof makes the house so much cooler during the hot summer that I barely turn on my AC! “The project that was designed and complete by Romano Builders contained a full kitchen renovation that started with the demolishing of the old kitchen, moving a wall that expanded the living room and the kitchen by additional of 10 feet and designing a new layout of the new kitchen and then to build the new kitchen with all new kitchen upper and lower cabinets, an island with sink, adding all new appliances, removing the wall that connected the kitchen with the living room and build a half wall that served as a bar and serving dishes spot when we have guests or family over, and last thing was to build an a wet bar that was kind of extension to the back of the house. At the end of the work and after we spent so much time with David and his people and workers, we can write that we had a great experience with them. They absolutely delivered all what they said and promised, when they said they will and for the price they gave us. The working teams of Romano Builders were friendly and professional during the whole work at the house. We were very fascinated by their productivity and the hours they worked in order to finish the project quickly as they could and without any mistakes. As this was our first major renovation, we felt sometimes some worried about the communication with the workers, but after a short time, things generally went smoothly. We are pleased with the final project and would certainly work with Romano Builders again.”

“We hired Kaplan Construction for a kitchen and loft remodel on our condo in Aliso Viejo. I was a bit nervous at first with suggestions made but was over the moon with the results. A team came in and quickly handled the demolish portion with clean up immediately afterwards. Once the dry wall had been removed his vision completely apparent and the change incredible. Suggestions within our budget and the completed project amazing. I would recommend Kaplan Construction and look forward to our next project.”

“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

Our construction project included removing walls, adding a walk-in shower, removing a bathtub (that requires rearranging plumbing for a new soak tub, etc. ) Their creativeness and management of the project from beginning to end with minimal interference by us was a great experience . “My friends recommended me Ray’s crew to design and remodel my old bathroom, my main concern was the cost. When I met Ray he explained me everything I had questions for. After negotiating (cause I was on budget) we found acceptable for both of us compensation. Long story short, they basically did what they promised (along the process we stopped and corrected some minors), but anyway it’s normal for this kind of hassle. By the end the guys cleaned everything and even did some extra work for me. If you’re looking for a professional crew for your project look no further Level Up Constructor.”
