“We first decided what work was to be done and a contract was signed that was specific about the work so we both knew what to expect. The work requested was redo 2 bathrooms, replace front windows and back door and repair a shed. They began work when they stated they would and worked steady to finish on time. The workmen were considerate and told me what they were going to work on. I would hire them again without hesitation. I love the final result and pleased with the quality of the work.”

“Mark built our house in 2014 and we have a beautiful house, meeting all our expectations and more. We did while being out of state, through emails and pictures. It worked! The craftsmanship was outstanding. Building a house is a long sometimes challenging process and overall it went well. We had some up and down but that is totally expected for such a huge endeavor: asking a stranger to materialize the most expensive vision you ever had in your life... In the end it all worked out. He came back to fix a few things (which is normal) and we never had to pay or argue about it, he took care of it, no question, and that is special! I would totally work with him and his team again if we ever build another house. I would have no problem recommending him to my best friend or family. Great experience, great house, love living in it!”

“Both bathrooms reconfigured & remodeled. Made handicapped capable. Contractor was honest, punctual and easy to work with. Advantage was the architectural background. He listened and the plan provided us with what we wanted. Would definately reccomend! He also did a kitchen addition in the past and it was the same experience.”

“Kevin and his outstanding team did a full home remodel on my 1920's tudor in Westwood Hills, KS. The remodel including completely gutting and rebuilding the kitchen & 2.5 bathrooms (including all new cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, and all new plumbing fixtures), full plumbing and electrical upgrade throughout the houes, scraping all popcorn ceilings, replastering certain walls (to match a textured pattern - which is tough to do!), painting all walls and ceilings, and refinishing the hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The remodel is spectacular. I highly recommend Kevin and his entire team...they are fantastic, great communicators, and true craftsmen.”

“Mack Colt build our house in 2012, closing date of Jan. 2013. He had secured an old home in an old neighborhood that was a tear down candidate. We purchased the lot from him and contracted on a custom build job similar to another house he had recently built. Mack and his team are truly experts in their field. They take steps to maintain quality standards that were beyond our level of knowledge--simply because will not put their name on anything that is not of the highest quality. They completed the project on time, on budget and went above and beyond to make the project as painless as possible.”
