“My husband and I are in the process of building a home with Manuel Builders and have had a fantastic experience so far. We're building a home in a subdivision in Lafayette, LA and chose from a selection of available floor plans. We were able to customize our home, both inside and out, to suit our needs and lifestyle. “Troy is a true businessman. The customer is top priority. I had this company fill in an abandoned underground swimming pool. It took him only a half a day to demolish the existing shell and concrete decking and pull in the dirt from the sides. He was able utilize much of the surrounding dirt which cut costs on bringing in fill dirt. Then the rainy season began. I felt terrible that he was so worried about not being able to get equipment in my yard due to the mud. He contacted me regularly to monitor the drying of the existing dirt so he could get here asap. Once all was dry enough he came immediately and finished it off. And did an impecable job. He even went above and beyond and repaired non pool related low spots in my yard. He also made sure to tell me if we have drainage trouble with existing problem areas, then he can provide solutions and or fine tune the work he did. We honestly couldn't be happier. Thank you Toad-Al Excavation.”

“Shannon changed out a pair of French Doors from the Dining Area to the Patio. He had to rebuild the frame , and re-trim also. He also added Crown molding to my daughter's room which has a high sloped ceiling. He also did some repair work around her window. He has a crew , and works very quickly and efficiently. I have also worked with him on various other projects as a designer. It doesn't matter to him if it is a large job or a small one; he will bid on them in a timely manner.”

“In 2013 we had the pleasure of working with Lafosse Construction on a project they were building in Lafayette, Louisiana. We custom designed, crafted, finished and shipped three louver style garage doors to be installed at the job site. Corey was attentive to all our questions to make sure the garage doors were built to the exact size required and provide the proper radius for the door track needed for the installation. As the construction of the custom home progressed Corey stayed in constant communication checking in with us at every step to make sure the backing, jambs and all the garage's interior was being built with high quality and perfection to fit our doors. We look forward to working on some more projects with Lafosse in the future and hope to be in Louisiana soon for our next few custom garage door projects. We have attached a picture of one of the doors before we shipped them but final pictures of the installation project will be uploaded to our houzz.com profile soon!
