“Anthony did wonderful work, was honest and fair in his dealings, and finished the addition exactly to our liking. If things went wrong, he fixed them and let us know, absorbing costs along the way. He responded to our comments and communicated with us often and effectively. The timeline for the project was much longer than any of us anticipated, partly due to unforeseen issues and partly due to scheduling. In the end, we are very happy with the project and would recommend Left Coast Builders and would hire them again.”

“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. “We just finished remodeling our master bathroom with Johnson and Sons Construction. “Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. “The team at Home Care Contractors puller through with an excellent job in a very short time period, to install a drop-in tub and shower combo for us. They tiled the walls, installed new plumbing fixtures, and built a beautiful tub surround with cedar planks. When unexpected things came up (like the cast iron tub being heavier and harder to install than anticipated!), they quickly came up with a resolution and worked late to ensure we stayed on schedule. We love the end result!”
