We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“Brian and his team at BN Builders are the best. We have lived all over the country and have done work on our homes everywhere we've lived (including Seattle Wa, NJ, Virginia, Vermont, and now MN). Brian is the best we've ever worked with. He was always prompt and delivered on everything he said he was going to. The estimate was thoroughly explained to us and matched up perfectly to our final bill. He came in under budget and the time allocated (4 weeks vs. an estimate of 6 weeks). BNB doesn't use subs either. Every employee works for BN and are equally professional and courteous. True craftsmen of what they do. We had one hiccup and that was the closure of our Marvin patio door. Brian jumped on it right away and had it taken care of. Our new outdoor room looks perfect and is the ideal compliment to our home. We can't wait for the warmer weather so we may use it and we'll definitely hire Brian and his team again if we have a project.”
