“John Mayhall is a terrific builder and he learned from one of the best builders in Birmingham. He's always built multi-million dollar homes and he uses subcontractors (such as myself) that aren't the cheapest he can find. They're the best he can find and a builder is only as good as his team of subcontractors. I would let John build my house without hesitation. He's a nice guy, stays on top of things, manages his job sites well, maintains sanitary working conditions for his subcontractors, (which translates to a safe working environment) and he's well worth the money. You get what you pay for out here and John doesn't cut corners or try to halfway do things. If he sees a problem, he'll make whoever made the mistake come back to fix it. He's a great builder and I would give him 6 stars if they'd let me!”
