“We have been living in our Northcape built house for over 2 years now,and couldn't be happier. The process of designing and building the house was delightful, the finished product our dream come true. Designer/decorator Pat Westgate was so easy to work with, accompanying me to granite, tile, appliance and plumbing showrooms, all of which were totally overwhelming. She gently guided me to the best choices, gave her opinions when asked, whittled choices down when there were too many, etc. She was also a great resource when choosing lighting, always difficult for us since my husband and I have different tastes in that regard. She and Project Manager Jim Goin suggested some design changes that we are very happy with. Friends comment on how "solid" the house is--so well insulated from outside noise. It's an exceptionally well built house, with great attention to detail.”

“Recommend by a friend who had a major remodel. We selected united Artisans to perform a high end remodel also. Work included 3 new bathrooms, total kitchen and bar makeover, new hardwood and tile flooring and doors throughout. Eric is a master craftsman and he and his workers take pride in their work and attention to detail. All work completed within budgets and schedules. My wife and I are extremely happy with all work done and would highly recommend.”

“We re-built an entire 1/2 bathroom. Tim's recommendations were very stylish and right-on our taste. The team worked quickly an very neatly, we never had to clean-up behind them. After tearing out the cabinets, sink, toilet, tile and some wall board to clean-out some mold, the bathroom was the cleanest it has been in years. They always arrived on time and prepared for any eventuality. Re-install went quickly and the finish work was great. We are very happy with the entire process.”

“Unity built a Tradd for us. The house is beautiful and very comfortable to live in. As with any project there have been small issues here and there. The impressive thing has been the way that Unity has responded to them. They have been creative and done whatever it takes to resolve any issue that has come up - even sending out their own staff to take care of problems caused by our contractor (at no charge to us). Unity is a really professional and excellent company to work with.”

“We are extremely pleased that we chose Eco-Logical Solutions for our bathroom renovation project. Ted Mead was very easy to communicate our ideas to and was very helpful in guiding us from the outset. Due to a delay on our part, Ted had to begin working while we were on vacation, and we had no reservations in giving him access to our house and scheduling the work while we were away. He manages the entire job, from hiring and supervising subcontractors (electric, plumbing and tile) to dealing with the suppliers. He returned all calls and emails promptly. The project was completed on schedule and in a most professional manner.”

“Jim does beautiful work. He is reasonable, prompt and reliable. His son, who often works with him is such a nice guy..even our dogs loved him. He did a wonderful bathroom and kitchen remodeling for us and put down new wide pine floors in the bedrooms.
