“This Company has been the best , very professional, on time and perfect work. They painted completely my house and redone the Kitchen Cabnets , also did a beautiful wall in my 20 ft height lo moving room that looks amazing in wood . “I hired Chad Goodin's firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. This scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. “Ben did an outstanding job for us in helping us select a house plan, lot, modifying the plan, reacting to requested changes during construction, follow-up during the year after closing and move-in. “BAAS construction did a fantastic job updating my mid-90's bathrooms. The super-responsive team always got back to us immediately whether it was voice, text or e-mail. “We have used Brooks Henderson/Henderson Building Group for two renovations at our home. We were extremely pleased both times. The first was a renovation in our daylight basement of a recreation room and bathroom. They gutted our rec room, creating a stone fireplace, book cases, tile floor, and completely renovated a bathroom adjacent to the space. The second was a renovation of an upstairs bath room, installing new floors, tub surround and cabinets and sinks. We also asked them to add crown moulding in bedrooms and study where there had been none before.”

Their professionalism, knowledge and recommendations surpassed our expectations. The quality of the workmanship from all of their contractors was superb, especially Mike, who clearly is the best. Both Bobby and Dave kept us well informed with each step of the process, even with "supply chain" challenges. Our project from the beginning to the end was a joy to watch. We were so impressed with the final product that Allen and Sons will be back soon for a make over of our master bathroom.”
