“Shane and the Crew at Associated Construction have helped me with several projects spanning over a decade. They have remodeled several commercial buildings, including a restaurant & bar. They also did a major remodel on my house. Craftsmanship, Quality of Work, Job Completion are several of the reasons I have stayed with Associated. I have high traffic facilities that the work performed by Associated manages to hold up to heavy use very well. Very professional & respectful staff from top to bottom at Associated Construction. “I met Sue and Erling Pohls over 20 years ago, through my friend of many years, Jim Elliott. Sue, Erling and Jim have worked together for many years in the contruction business here in the Santa Ynez Valley and neighboring communities. They have have worked on projects, both large and small for myself and my husband. There is nothing they can’t do professionally and in a timely manner. They recently completely remodeled my home and I can’t tell you how happy I am with the finished product. They use only the best subcontractors and they are respected by their clients and employees. “Matt, our general contractor, was professional and experienced. Had great subs. Produced high quality work with few problems. Came in on budget and respected our concern for costs. Had good ideas and made constructive suggestions, but never pushed his agenda. We remodeled the kitchen, two bathrooms, living room fireplace with built-ins, custom closets, and replaced flooring as well as painting the entire house. All of this was done while we were living in the house! Matt made it work for everyone. Terrific job.”

“We have worked with Jack "n" Toolbox a number of times over the last two decades. They have remodeled a bathroom, rebuilt two exterior staircases, repaired a slab leak, built a laundry room, replaced a spiral staircase with a straight drop one and remodeled the room into which it descended and, most important of all, identified and corrected a major building error made by a previous owner which surfaced during the torrential rains of January 2005. In all instances, their work was over and above anything we might have hoped for. The employees of the company listen carefully to our wishes and provide helpful input; they are prompt, respectful and tidy. “We bought out home on 6.5 acres in Santa Ynez Valley because of the location and view, the existing home was another story, Mitch Williams came highly recommended in the valley and he the first contractor I met with. I have been an electrical contractor for 39 years as well involved with high end customs majority of my professional life. After our first meeting there was no hesitation in hiring MWC for our project, I had no other meetings with other contractors. From the beginning to end MWC stayed on point and met all my expectations as a GC. Mitch personally was very involved beyond the blue prints in helping us reach the finished look and feel that my wife and I were looking for all the way through from floors to hardware all the way to the finish line. All of MWC sub contractors were as well professional and knowledgeable and brought to the project the quality and workmanship I expected. From the business side of MWC the progress billing was always accurate and clear as to what we were paying for. I would not hesitate to recommend MWC for any size project.”
