“The One Source team led by Todd has been outstanding to work with, and I can't recommend them highly enough. My home was severely damaged via fire and the insurance process was arduous. Looking for a GC I trusted was another painful process. I needed a partner committed to helping me create a new home - not just a house - and rebuild to the quality level needed for me to feel confident and comfortable. Todd has been phenomenal, from start to (almost!) finish. The care he has taken in making sure I'm getting what I want is a mark of true professionalism and commitment to real service. “Cornerstone Remodeling did a whole house remodel of my 1880's home in Laurel, Md. The entire project was completed in 5 months. On budget. Cornerstone worked with us to plan out what projects we could contribute to help keep the project within our budget. The guys from Cornerstone arrived everyday, on time and ready to work. They answered any questions that we had immediately and respectfully. Every day they left the project cleaned up and ready to be worked on the next day. I have attached before and after photos of the exterior of the house and a photo of the kitchen which we (the homeowners) installed. On the whole, the experience was fantastic. The house is beautiful and solid. I would highly recommend them for any project, big or small.”

“I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”
