“My wife and I purchased a home on Lake Norman 14 years ago knowing that one day we would turn it into something special. Over the course of owning the home we did a few little projects like remodeled the pool, resurfaced the docks, added a screen porch, built an outdoor kitchen and bar, etc. When we finally got serious about doing our inside remodel we called Mike Shalvoy with Patrick Joseph Destinctive Homes. I meet Mike through a mutual friend that used Mike and his team to build their house. After meeting with Mike a couple times we felt like he understood our vision, goals and budget. Seven months later we couldn't be more happy with the results. We completely gutted the inside of our home down to the studs. We took out walls to open the floor plan, raised ceilings and created a huge kitchen and entertaining area. All new water lines, electrical, insulation, sheet rock, doors and the list goes on. We have a completely new home on the inside that looks amazing.”

“This Company has been the best , very professional, on time and perfect work. They painted completely my house and redone the Kitchen Cabnets , also did a beautiful wall in my 20 ft height lo moving room that looks amazing in wood . “I hired Joe Roberts and Associates to do some much needed outside repairs, solve a major drainage problem, and create a patio and retaining wall to expand our outdoor living space. I am delighted with the results! Water drainage is no longer a problem, thanks to some very creative and attractive solutions. New chimneys were rebuilt to match existing brickwork. A crumbling retaining wall and outdated patio was reconfigured and has become our favorite place to enjoy the family. Joe listened to what I wanted and then worked out a design that was beyond my expectations, all with attention to details that I love. All work was handled professionally and promptly by Joe and his team.”

“Paul Davis did a great job restoring my house after a water leak. They performed mold remediation, replaced floors, patched walls and painted. The entire project was completed professionally, quickly and the work was well done. In the end we had to work out the pricing on some change orders during the project but overall I was very satisfied and i would use them again.”
