What moved me to select Ohana was their assessment of my anticipated project, the problems I may face with regard to construction, warranty work and maintenance. Because I had several projects being performed at the same time, dates of performance was paramount. Ohana worked very well with other contractors even when those other contractors changed and delayed their schedules without notifying either me, the homeowner, or other contractors. This action cause Ohana personnel to be literally idled for a few days, but Ohana was able to work around this problem. Changes in the scope and design of the project were met with understanding and were accommodated. All the personnel who worked on the project were professional, competent, and congenial.
