They really listened to what we were looking for, gave us great ideas that we hadn’t thought of and made multiple visits to our house to check on the work being done. “XL Outdoor Living offers superior design and craftsmanship for any project. We consulted with XL to build a sunroom on the back of our home and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In addition, we utilized XL Outdoor to remove our exterior stucco and re-side our entire home with beautiful James Hardie siding. We continue to receive compliments on the beautiful transformation of our home by all our neighbors. “This was our first time purchasing a new home and Hebert Homes was an amazing company to work with! After consultation with Nikki, we decided that we would build a new home. It was great to work with a professional who really took the time to understand my family and what we were looking for long term. I felt like we couldn't have gone wrong either way as their model homes were outstanding but we lucked out with our dream lot :) Nikki helped guide us through every step in the decision making process and ensured that we knew what was going on the whole time. They take pride in their work and you can tell in the final product. I have friends that have decided to go with other "large" building corporations and their experience hasn't been near the concierge experience my family had with Hebert Homes. They aren't building 300 homes a year so they have the time to help you and make you feel important. Hebert Homes provides a true costume home built with love. “QHT remodeled a high-end kitchen for us. The work was beautiful and of a really high quality, as the name suggests. What is also so special about them is that they turned the contractor/customer relationship on its head. Instead of begging them to show up or stay within deadlines, they were pressing us to make timely decisions so that they could keep working! Crazy, I know. I never had trouble reaching them or wondered what was going on. In addition, they are very proud of their work and of their long-term relationships with high-quality subs. One does not have to be worried that they will bring in people who are unprofessional or inexperienced. This is comforting when you are doing an expensive project that involves a lot of other tradespeople. The other tradespeople displayed the same commitment to the project as QHT did. I would add that QHT is so experienced that it is easy for them to bid projects without taking a lot of time or having every single contractor walk through the property. The bid was more or less spot-on and it was completed in a fraction of the time it took the competitors to complete bids. We did not pick QHT because their bid was the lowest (it was about the same as the others, in fact) but we were very encouraged by their ability to arrive at a price so promptly and clearly, based on their experience. We guessed that they had the goods, and we were right. When it came time for the final inspection, the inspector knew ahead of time that there wouldn't be any questions and didn't feel compelled to look around much. This was clearly based on QHT's history of doing quality work.”

“Ohana Construction wasn't the absolute lowest bidder, but was close to the least expensive. What moved me to select Ohana was their assessment of my anticipated project, the problems I may face with regard to construction, warranty work and maintenance. Because I had several projects being performed at the same time, dates of performance was paramount. Ohana worked very well with other contractors even when those other contractors changed and delayed their schedules without notifying either me, the homeowner, or other contractors. This action cause Ohana personnel to be literally idled for a few days, but Ohana was able to work around this problem. Changes in the scope and design of the project were met with understanding and were accommodated. All the personnel who worked on the project were professional, competent, and congenial. I would recommend Ohana Construction to anyone who would need their products or services.”

“Sylvestre has done one major remodeling project for me (kitchen addition) and a few minor ones. I live in a 1924 bungalow and nothing is simple. He added six feet to the kitchen and it looks original. The old fashioned detailing i.e. Bead board under the eaves, matching stucco, textured cinder block and more make all the difference. I do not have a "hunk of addition." My neighbors don't remember how it was. when I called I said I wanted a new kitchen that looks old and I'm still delighted eleven years later. He's done several small projects for me including one just last year. These people are fabulous.”

Mark exhibited a strong technical knowledge and exhibited a high level of customer service. He has highly developed relationships with craftsmen to get the job completed on time with quality work.
