“Chris and his team gave my wife and I one of the best experiences one could ask for considering we sustained damage throughout the house from hurricane Ian leaving us in complete disarray. After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. “We went back East in May, , leaving our Florida home to be remodeled in our absence. After interviewing many general contractors, my husband hired Rory Wilson for the task of remodeling our entire house which included 3 bathrooms, removing 3 walls, new kitchen, new ceramic floor throughout, adding a golf cart garage, extending the lanai 20 ft, new tile, picture window view, redoing landscape, and new entryway into the house! I have to add here that Rory rang our doorbell on the minute of every appointment on the nose! Yes, we left the house in the hands of Rory Wilson, assuming we would be back many times to check progress over the summer. Not to be..... We did not come back until 2 weeks ago because Rory had given us a schedule of daily activity , and updated us with pictures to the point that we were virtually " on sight". The house was not only done on time but well beyond any of our expectations. Superior Construction took care of every detail as if it was their home. We have had many projects with contractors and can attest to Rory being the contractor of our dreams. He is extremely Knowledgeable, professional, and receptive to all concerns. He listens to every word and gets the job done most efficiently, on time, and better than imagined, AND within budget. “We have so much to say about our experience with Windward Construction, especially after hearing from friends about their experiences with other local builders. We had been warned to watch out for cost-cutting and corner-cutting, for delays, and for lots of problems. I am so happy to say that our experience couldn’t have been more different. We “interviewed” many other building companies, but from the moment we met with our team, we felt comfortable and excited about the process of building our dream home. We met initially with the sales team, Cynthia and Michelle, who showed us the options offered by Windward at the various price points. We had very specific hopes and ideas for our home, so they helped us find the floor plan that best suited our needs, and then the design team of Michelle and Jennifer (along with Brian, the owner), helped us “tweak” the plans, giving us our dream home! The team was super-conscious about keeping us in budget, and they helped us make choices that balanced design and value, but still made sure we got what we wanted and were satisfied with our plans before breaking ground. When we were ready to build, David (our project manager) gave us frequent updates both in-person on the job site and via a convenient app. The team shepherded us through meetings with various contractors, allowing us to customize our tile, pool design, cabinetry, etc down to the smallest detail. As always happens, we hit some unanticipated snags, but the Windward Team handled each hiccup with grace and respect for our time and money. The finished product is everything we asked for: quality design, solid construction with attention to detail, and incredible value. We’ve been in our new home for about a month now, and we couldn’t be happier. It is everything we wanted, and MORE!”

“A water leak in the kitchen wall resulted in mildew damage to our cabinets. GH3 was retained to work with the mildew remediator to dissemble to cabinets, open the wall for leak repair. Some of the cabintes needed to be rebuilt. This took place in our winter home in FL while we were 1500 miles away in the NE. These guys are professionals, high quality, and responsive to our needs. Kept us informed every step of the way by e-mail and phone and also worked with our insurance company on the claim. We would recommend them highly.”
