This week the electric towel heater in the bathroom stopped working and I phoned Bannister who quickly arranged an electrician to solve the problem. The electrician arrived today - Thursday the 30th October- and quickly fitted a new part which solved the problem. This part had a 2 year warranty and I was just covered within the two years.
