“They were good in time keeping and tidy work. Our toilets were looking very tired so we went for a total makeover. Removal of vinyl flooring, wall tiling, vanity tops and taps. We reused the existing sanitary fittings. We opted for tiled floors for easy cleaning. This enhanced the laminate marble like vanity tops and remaining walls, ceilings and woodwork were finished in white paint. All exposed brick walls were plastered and services hidden behind timber ducting. I would highly recommend them and will be getting them back to do additional work.”

“External work review: We decided to go with The Market for a side and rear extension and loft conversion after using them to plan our build. We met with the project manager, Hamael, and site foreman, Sonu, shortly after planning permission was approved and work began soon after. The work progressed very quickly and efficiently, the team communicated effectively to make sure all window and door openings and all wall placements were where we wanted them. The team also recommended good companies for many second fix items, all of whom we would use again. Regular meetings with Hamael and Sonu helped ensure that everything progressed as planned and prevented delays. The team were also very flexible and able to do additional work that we required, such are repairing an already damaged chimney and removal of ivy from an area that would become inaccessible after build completion. Overall, we are very happy with the external work and the rate at which it progressed.”
