“We can't say enough about Bryant Construction. They are honest, dependable and sincere. We have already referred them to several friends. We had used another company before we knew of this one and they took months to even start the job. Bryant Construction began right away at our convenience. They were also great to follow up with us along the way instead of us having to reach out to them. Great service! “Tim and his crew are phenomenal! We had an idea of what we wanted to do in our house, and Tim was able to bring that idea to life. They are so easy to work with and it's really nice having someone who can put it all together! We told them the budget that we had to work with and he was able to make our dream come true and all saved more money than expected. “The job Steveson Remodeling did for us involved carpentry repairs and painting of the wooden window surrounds of our house. Steve Orelup is both a carpenter and a contractor. He brought in painters and effectively coordinated his carpentry with their painting. He had very creative and effective ways of handling the repairing part of the job. I plan to hire him again.”

“As a property owner in the Pacific Heights area of San Francisco, I engaged the services of Wolk Development, to renovate a home we were planning to sell. Brian prepared a proposal which looked fantastic and we decided to go with it. Brian personally handled every aspect of the project with his excellent team. He was always prompt to return phone calls and reply to emails, was always courteous, patient, and enthusiastic about the project. He was extremely professional throughout. Most importantly, in our case, we needed a very (seemingly impossible) turnaround, so that the property could be put on the market at the optimum time. Brian came through, and delivered on every aspect of the plan, with a beautiful result and no unexpected increases int eh budget. The end result was truly stunning, and I seriously doubt this could have happened had we chosen any other contractor.”

“John Newton of Cornerstone Builders recently built us a home in Weatherford, TX. We could not be more pleased!! John is a man of high integrity. He is a family man, trustworthy, and very intent on making everything right! John is extremely reliable, which is important in the building process. He answers emails, texts and is regularly on site. Having a talented builder is a real plus. He leveled dirt on a tractor, dabbled in a couple plumbing projects, installed appliances and much more. He even cut a metal hanging candle holder that I wanted to hang in a niche; it was just a tad bit too large. He has been in the profession long enough to have selected some outstanding contractors. We feel that we had the "best of the best" plumbers, electricians, tile layers, carpenters, etc. I don't think we will be moving from this gorgeous home, but If we did need to downsize or move for any reason, John would be building us another home!
