“Max Peterson (Smith & Sons Remodeling Experts), was called in to complete a couple of challenging renovation projects at Klub Kal. The first task was to design and build a sound barrier around a hydro transformer kiosk. I was so satisfied with this job that I brought Max back to take his best shot at another design and construction challenge. My next requests were to complete a few finishing touches at my lakeside cabin, as well as complete an unfinished, rustic outdoor bathroom. Max approached the partially completed bathroom with a creative mind and was able to bring my vision to reality. The jobs were completed on time, on budget, with quality workmanship and all the while maintaining the creative design intent. The renovation projects were finished beyond my expectations. Max was great to work with and I would recommend him for construction jobs in the future.”

“We were very lucky to have Dan and Sandy Beggs of Paradigm Okanagan Developments, act as General Contractors in the construction of our new home in Summerland, BC. at the end of 2014. From our first meeting with them it was very apparent that they were very knowledgeable about the home construction industry. They gave us examples of their prior jobs so that we were able to see first hand the quality of their work. They were very well organized, and dealt efficiently with getting required permits, insurance, etc. as well as dealing with all the tradesmen, which enabled them to meet required deadlines. As a result, we were able to take possession in a timely manner. They had some excellent design and finishing ideas which helped a great deal in giving the finished product such a good and functional appearance. As well, they presented a realistic budget figure and did their best to meet the various allocations. We are very pleased with our new home, and would not hesitate to recommend Paradigm Okanagan Developments to anyone looking to build a new home.”

“We hired Bill to build our house in 2012.We are delighted with the outcome. Bill worked with high quality contractors and recommended a great designer. He had great attention to detail and addressed any concerns promptly and thoroughly. Our house was completed within the given time frame. As manager, Bill could have paid closer attention to the invoices, as some overcharging was not caught until our review. All in all, we would hire Bill again.
