“I have lived in Fayette County for 21 years. I had heard continued praises for American Eagle. 15 years ago, I had them build a detached garage. I described what I was thinking, they drew it on paper and it was exactly what I had in my head. We had a drainage problem (caused from the original bullder). Garry Heget created a solution and came by the house multiple times months later (when it finally rained) to make sure it was working. They were a little higher than my lowest bidder, but I knew their customer service was worth every penny. I am about to gut and redo the master bathroom. I will be calling American Eagle!”

“Greg and his crew added a 16X16 screened deck to our home. The deck had to be designed so as to not limit sight of the back yard or light in the house. It has several electrical outlets, a light and fan, 2 outside entry doors and stairways. It has cedar planks and columns and looks more like a mountain lodge than a simple screened-in porch. We, along with our friends and nieghbors, believe it is beautiful. Greg and his crew were wonderful to work with, especially if we decided on a change at the last minute. Prices were very fair. Everything was kept clean and orderly. I highly recommend this company.”

“I have used the services of this company many times and for various projects...from landscaping, painting, staining a deck, replacing 2 screen doors, to a complete foyer restoration...tearing out old marble flooring and replacing it with beautiful hardwood, replacing carpeted steps with hardwood, a new ornamental iron handrail, and restoring an old faded and beat up wooden dining room floor. They've always done a great job, always on time and very professional. I highly recommend them!”

He set expectations right from the beginning on cost and time and he finished when he said he would and the price was what we planned on. He was very professional and friendly - super easy to work with. He was able to take our ideas and help us understand what would work best. We discussed the deck with him throughout the building process and it turned out even better than we imagined. He did a really great job of listening to our wishes and giving us advice that stayed within our design concept. I could not recommend someone more highly! “I contracted with Pfeifer Bldg Co to remodel a kitchen and add a screened porch to my newly purchased 11 year-old home in Newnan, GA. They used top quality suppliers and subcontractors to source materials and labor. The crews were well experienced, and had worked with Pfeifer for many years. The owner (Duey Pfeifer) was quick to solve any issues with either project quality or schedule (including the unexpected delivery of a wrong French Door)....it took less than a week to replace it. At no time was I held responsible for any additional costs of supplier or subcontractor mistakes or delays. Pfeifer had great references and we are quite happy with the QUALITY of the end result..”
