“This was our first time purchasing a new home and Hebert Homes was an amazing company to work with! After consultation with Nikki, we decided that we would build a new home. It was great to work with a professional who really took the time to understand my family and what we were looking for long term. I felt like we couldn't have gone wrong either way as their model homes were outstanding but we lucked out with our dream lot :) Nikki helped guide us through every step in the decision making process and ensured that we knew what was going on the whole time. They take pride in their work and you can tell in the final product. I have friends that have decided to go with other "large" building corporations and their experience hasn't been near the concierge experience my family had with Hebert Homes. They aren't building 300 homes a year so they have the time to help you and make you feel important. Hebert Homes provides a true costume home built with love. I would recommend anyone to Nikki or Mark at Hebert Homes!”

“We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“We looked at single family detached homes for nearly 2 years. We looked at new construction and existing homes from far south suburbs to far west and north suburbs. Everything of the quality we were seeking was highly priced or had association fees that were extremely high. We found the Pratt development in Hugo and bought a lot the same day. The quality of these homes is very high, the pricing is very reasonable. We stopped nearly every day during the building process and the quality of the craftmanship was superior. They bend over backwards to make it a wonderful experience for the buyer. We love everything about our new home.”

“DeAnne helped me with two remodeling projects. "Helped" is not the word I should choose. She was the general contractor hiring and scheduling all the sub-contractors, scheduling appointments with suppliers (appliances, lighting fixtures, carpet, tile, granite, paint). She also accompanied me on shopping trips to select accessories, etc. DeAnne worked within my time constraints--each remodeling project had to be completed within a three-month time frame since we occupy the property in question for a short period each year and I needed to be present while the work was in progress. DeAnne obviously has a terrific working relationship with all her subs and suppliers. She is very well-respected in the industry which spilled over into my relationships with them. I would definitely hire DeAnne for future projects and have recommended her to several of my friends.”

“My fiance and I purchased our four bedroom two-and-a half-bathroom modern farmhouse from Jim and Everlast Enterprises this past fall. First off, the house is gorgeous and the design details and craftsmanship are unmatched, but most importantly Jim and his team's customer service and attentiveness have been more than we could ask for. Being first-time home buyers, I am sure we had many questions that were somewhat silly, but Jim and his team took the time to answer every single one, educating us throughout the entire process. I would 100% recommend Jim for your next custom home or renovation project.”

“The Greatland Home team has been exceptional to work with. The team is down to earth, easy to work with, and proactively communicate with you throughout the process. Since closing on our home they have been very quick to respond on any items we needed help with or addressed. Not only has Greatland Homes been great to work with but their partners have been very responsive as well. Greatland Homes fit and finish is what sold us. If you look at the craftsmanship and quality they provide vs. other builders you quickly see you are getting a quality home built with care. This is our 6th home we have bought and our 3rd new build.
