“Kevin and his crew were great to work with! Over several months, they restored my run down investment property and turned it back into a beautiful historic preservation home! They gutted three full bathrooms, dry walled, tiled flooring, worked with plumber on installation of new bath tubs, sinks, toilets. Remodeled 2 kitchens and one kitchenette. Installed flooring and repaired/ refinished hardwood. Worked with inspectors & subcontractors: insulating floor joists, attic, basement limestone walls, electricians, HVAC; to bring this 110 year old house up to code. There were a million little “surprises” that came up-while tearing some of the spaces down to the studs...Kevin worked with me to make the best decisions -keeping budget and schedule on track. Honest, Reliable & Trustworthy! Highly recommend Homes by Klein!”

“XL Outdoor Living offers superior design and craftsmanship for any project. We consulted with XL to build a sunroom on the back of our home and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In addition, we utilized XL Outdoor to remove our exterior stucco and re-side our entire home with beautiful James Hardie siding. We continue to receive compliments on the beautiful transformation of our home by all our neighbors. “My husband and I hired Woodstone to do an entire home renovation on our 1936 tutor home. We did it in two consecutive phases, allowing us to live in the home the entire time. Tim Oskey was available literally 24/7. He is meticulous in every detail. Our project was completed on time and within budget. It has been two years since our remodel was completed, and I still call him if I need anything done or ever have a question about something. I highly recommend Woodstone, and would use them again in a second!”

The schedules are accurate, he allows enough time for quality work and then Greg personally checks the work of his subcontractors prior to letting the next subcontractor go in. “We hired Steve to finish our basement and it turned out great. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and he was always willing to listen and answer questions. He also brought a lot of ideas for the project, including great ideas for a rustic bathroom, unique tile floors and shower and hidden crawlspace access. He also built a removable stairway railing that will make moving furniture into the basement very easy. We really wanted to utilize all of the space in the basement and Steve helped us create storage areas to maximize the finished area. Steve was great to work with and we are very happy with the basement.”
