“Mike, Rusty and the entire K&Z team are fantastic! Anxious about the home building process, K&Z respectfully offered us the guidance and support we needed to ensure our satisfaction throughout the process and with our beautiful new home. “I am in the process of selling my home and had the house inspected. The inspector went underneath the crawl space and found major water damage to the floor joists, sill plate and subfloor. The kitchen and laundry room had areas that were lower than other parts of the flooring. He could not find an active leak but obviously there was water coming from somewhere to cause all that damage and rotten wood. I hired a plumber to see if he could fix the leak; lo and behold, he told me that he could not find an active leak but did stated that there was moisture and water damage. My real estate agent recommended Jon and WOW! HE FOUND THE SITE OF THE LEAK!!! He got to work right away, going underneath the house, repairing and replacing everything, including installing in brand new beautiful tiled floors. I am so happy with how everything turned out. He showed up every day on time and got to work. I am thrilled to have found someone who is honest and reliable; not to mention his prices are very reasonable. Hire him, you will not regret it!!!”

“Reshaped subfloor and installed 1/2" wood flooring in about 60% of the house. Very close attention to detail. Wired and installed microwave/oven fan (with exhaust) above electric stove. Painted interior ceiling and exterior trim. Reconfigured handrails for entire front porch. Repaired one 8" by 8" support beam front porch. Mr. White is a consummate professional building contractor. Knowledgeable, skillful, honest, trustworthy, timely and well respected.”

“Wow, what a fantastic experience with Balducci Builders and their entire staff during the renovation of our home in conjunction with filming the show, Fix It and Finish. From start to finish, we greatly appreciate the staff’s professional approach, hard work, and attention to details to make our home a much better place to live while increasing our property’s value. It was an amazing feat to see their staff complete the renovations of our playroom (daughter’s new bedroom) and bedroom (new home office) ALL in one day. Balducci Builders demonstrated their talent and expertise during the demolition stage and by providing top notch painting, electrical, flooring, and carpentry (love the stage) services. The company even contracted a cleaning service, Chem-Dry of Henrico, to clean our home after the completion of the job.
