“VERY IMPRESSED!!!! with this House Doctor Pros and their 2 employees I've interacted with so far. Julio came over first & gave me a great overview regarding air quality options, then he came out to do a full diagnostic visit of our furnace & AC systems - he provided an extremely thorough & professional explanation of the status of my equipment in the house I recently bought and also explained my repair vs replace options/recommendations. I've dealt with other local HVAC companies and House Doctor Pros is leaps & bounds above them in terms of quality service. They have my full recommendation, support, and long-term business!”

“HP Construction has done 6 major projects on our house: remodeling/expanding a kitchen, remodeling 2 bathrooms, demolition of a carport and construction of a garage and entryway, demolition and reconstruction of an old and distinctive porch, removal/replacement of siding and 2 window replacements. We first used the company in 2002 for the kitchen and were so pleased that we have gone to them first for every subsequent job on our house. The house is over 100 years old and needs someone familiar with the challenges involved and a willingness to help preserve its original architectural features. This company has done an excellent job in both areas. They have always adhered well to the original estimate and done outstanding work with employees that are not only highly skilled, but also polite and respectful of what it means to be working in one's home. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any kind of project.”

“I started an attached breezeway and two car garage addition this summer with another local contractor. After a couple of days they had the walls up. I am pretty picky about my projects and I was not happy with the quality of their work so I paid them for what they did and let them go. My dad and I had to go back and fix some things before the next step. In the mean time I contacted Andy from Oconnor Builders and he agreed to come out and see where the project was at and see what it was gonna take to finish it. I was worried because we were in a dry spell and we had rain approaching in the next week and i hated to have it get wet before the roof was set. He told me as soon as they finished up the job they were on that they would get right on setting my trusses and tying into the existing house roof. Sure enough they did just what he said and my problem was solved. He even stayed within my budget. I also hired them to set my doors and windows and siding. Any concerns along the way he answered and certain things I requested a certain he gladly did. That meant a lot to me. I would glad recommend any job big or small to use Oconnor Builders.”

“Have worked with Lisa Aldred on everything from a large upstairs addition to a a garage overhaul to renovating our living room. We've added beams, stone, windows, you name it and Lisa the most thorough builder I have worked with over the years and that's saying a lot. She really cares about the end result and if the client is happy. Deadlines are met, job site is clean, and finished product is excellent. Best builder is the area no doubt.”
