“Dan and Lee were excellent (again) when we did a major bedroom/bathroom renovation for 2 rooms. Right from the planning and discussion of ideas, through to choosing finishes, tiles etc they were more than helpful. Between them, Dan & Lee (and their team) had all the knowledge and skills required to address every aspect of the job, including communicating really well with us. It was such a relief knowing that we were in great hands - we trusted them (we had engaged A Rolley and Sons previously) and knew they would listen to us and do a fabulous job. “We have just moved into our beautiful home built by McLachlan Homes. We could not be happier with the end result - it has surpassed our expectations. Our experience with the sales and design team was exceptional. Adam was extremely patient, methodical, professional and committed to providing us with a design solution that met all our requirements. Building a house can be stressful and undoubtedly has challenges and issues that require resolution. Our experience was no different, however, while challenges arose through the process we received an excellent and understanding response to any of our concerns. A slow start to construction was remedied with a completion date occurring several months in advance of the anticipated end date. All trade personnel working on our project were polite, helpful and respectful. Again any issues were resolved readily. Cost variations were minimal and variations were the result of our choices to include significant improvements to the project. I would happily recommend McLachlan Homes for anyone considering building a new home.”

“Fantastic Construction people, I like the way the price doesn't change and they work in with you. I don't know the technical stuff but some how they understood what i wanted and made it really easy to understand. Increasing the value of a home was the priority as we didn't want to move. We wanted more natural light and more space, the cost was realistic and they worked around our schedule so there was minimum disturbance. They really put themselves our for us. I would use them again perhaps in a few years to work on the patio and pool, for now the extension front and back will keep us happy.”

“I've had the pleasure to use Glen as my builder on my last 2 projects. Glen skills and experience made a big difference to my final outcome . He's old school meaning he is honest , arrives early morning and works an honest day’s work , Every day! He cleans up after himself every day! . He is organised and has very good time management. He does what he says he'll do and is a very good communicator . He was open to discussion and potential changes at any time of the construction. He responds to emails , Replies to phones calls and a very nice guy. His product is very good and he's a wonderful builder ! He could be the last of his kind and he's right here in Brisbane .
