“I hired Ridgeline to do a complete buildout of a commercial property for use as a restaurant. To my knowledge, Ridgeline had no prior experience with such a project, but they couldn't have been more professional and competent. Ray Foral, one of the principals, obviously takes great personal pride in every job he does. What I remember most was a professionalism and intelligence that was on a level that you just don't see in the construction industry. By the end of this project, I felt like I had a partner that I could completely trust to make decisions on my behalf. To top it all off, the final tally came in under budget! “Transformation Renovations provided the vision my wife and I had for our Kitchen/Living room renovation. We had other contractors look at our home and all most gave up on the project all together until I made the call to Brian at Transformation Renovations. They engineered the project for the start. No other contractor took the time to look at all the aspects of the job but Transformation Renovations did. I am very happy with the results. Our home is a new and beautiful space now because of Brain and his team.”

“Arcon Architects & Builders designed and built our wonderful house on Lake Keowee in Seneca South Carolina. Their professional expertise coupled with years of practical experience ensured the house not only met our family's needs but was built on time and within budget. By carefully assessing the building site Arcon ensured the house afforded great lake views from every room while minimizing the need to remove mature hardwood trees that I so love. They coupled the site plan with wonderful architectural features like 3 foot overhangs to minimize afternoon sun and allow the windows to stay open even during the rain ! In addition the cantilevered deck affords a sense of "floating over the lake" while maximizing the views from the lower level rooms. Oh .. and did I mention the screen porch and stone fireplace, the barrel vaulted front entry, the beams and massive stone fireplace in the great room .. and and and ! They just did a great job for us !”

“Evergreen Custom Construction did an exceptional job on our home. Doug Oles the owner personally supervised every aspect of the work to make certain it was completed in a flawless and timely manner. There was never a day that this project was ongoing that we did not witness him outside of our home checking the work in progress.He has an exceptional eye for detail and design. His team were all very professional and courteous. Anytime anyone asks about our contractor we always say to use Evergreen Custom Construction. We are so extremely happy with the finished product. It brings a sense of pride when we get compliments on our home now which we do often. We are fortunate that we chose Evergreen Custom Construction because the owner, Doug Oles, is extremely virtuous and has great integrity. We have renovated all of the homes we have lived in over the past 25 years and have been most pleased with Doug. He is a consummate professional and runs a great company. “Working with Caroline and Construction Straight Up was a fantastic experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable in this space and was able to bring in all the best professionals to work on our home renovation projects. From the onset she was great to work with providing recommendations and consultative advice based on her years of managing home improvement and renovation projects. She provided detailed plans and presented us with a variety of options we could choose from. Along the way we regularly received status updates and every question was answered in a timely manner. Additionally her pricing was incredibly fair and more than competitive with others in the area. Lastly the projects we hired her for were all completed in a timely manner and best of all no surprises along the way. I would highly recommend working with Caroline and Construction Straight Up.”
