“Gold Level Contracting renovated our bathroom. Before construction started a scope of work, contract and payment schedule was provided. Communication was excellent! It was always clear and concise. Due to the excellent communication, professional business attitude, friendly, and trustworthy it was such a joy for us . Floors other rooms were covered to protect and reduce dust or any other construction material. Any garbage was removed daily. To make the construction pleasant for us there time commitment was without question great. Arriving on the time discussed made it convenient for us as well. Workmanship passed our expectations. During the discusses of material we could always rely on good suggestions to help us. The renovation was completed on budget! We are very satisficed with the bathroom. “Review of Future Management (FMG) London, Ontario We were introduced to FMG and Chad McKone by Kory MacDonald who performed our real estate pre-purchase home inspection. As non-resident owners living out of town we first met Chad in July 2015 on our first post purchase visit. Prior to our arrival I had FMG do some updates to electric and plumbing in the kitchen. Chad had the work completed before our arrival. Chad prepared preliminary design for approximately 1200 square foot build out of our unfinished basement. I met Chad a second time in August to fine tune our plans and budget. Work began at the property in early October 13 and by October 21 when I arrived in London much of the framing was finished. We made some minor modifications and adjustments and made some finish, tile, accessory decisions. Work continued in November and December and I returned to London in January when work was substantially complete. We added a great room, enclosed utility space, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small workshop. Work included framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, tiling, and paint. Start to finish excellent work by all trades. We could not be happier with the results and the efforts FMG made to complete our buildout on time and on budget. Chad's assistance on tricky design issues was really helpful and as non-residents his frequent communication made it easy to achieve our goal without worry.”

“Cornerstone Construction is a fabulous contractor for home renovations and additions. The team is professional, highly skilled, trustworthy and a pleasure to have around the house for a while! We did an addition in the back with sitting room, mudroom and powder room, with the basement dug out for storage and a gym, in addition to a fully renovated kitchen. The finished product was of such a high quality and bang on the time frame indicated (3 months for all that). The finishing touches that we're thought of by Mark and his team we're just unbelievable, for instance using ceiling bulks creatively to make a beautiful coffered ceiling in the kitchen. Crown moulding and trim to match the vintage of the rest of the house is another stunning feature. Their professionalism is also outstanding--they have not disappeared after the bill was paid. They continue to check up on the work and fix small things like spaces created when wood shrinks in the dry of the winter air (this is unavoidable). Truly amazing. One thing--these guys are in demand. If you want to use them (which I highly recommend!) get in touch when you are first considering your project to get on the schedule. Don't wait until the last minute, you'll be waiting! They do one job at a time and give it their full attention in order to finish on time. But you have a lot of prep work to do for your big reno (permits, variances, architect drawings), so call Cornerstone Construction first, get on the schedule, then do your prep work.”
