“We hired Robbins Construction on two separate occasions. The house we purchased is older and not well taken care of by previous owners. We needed foundation support and entire floors rebuilt in half of our house, including both bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. These were big projects and Steve was happy and willing to give me an estimate months before so that we could save enough. Each job took less than a week. We had the same crew for each time, which is great! We got to know the guys very well and knew they were familiar with our house and the work it needed. Robbins Construction is trustworthy, relaible and honest! We have a few more things to do to our house in the future and we would not trust anyone else to work on our house and any future home projects if we ever move. Steve has also been able to recommend other service providers when we have needed an electrician and a new hvac tech when ours failed to do a reliable job. I can always count on Robbins Construction!”

During those discussions we compared what his job would be, to maybe a low end job from a low bidder. I felt much better knowing the difference and how he was not recommending the cheapest approach. I realize that some homeowners are driven by the cheapest bid, but that's not what I want for my house! He doesn't even offer to do a cheap job. As a business person, I've learned that a quality job can't be from the lowest bid- it just doesn't work that way.
