“Tom Phenicie is a high integrity person, and this is the primary reason I hired him to build my home and every project needed at rental and commercial properties I own. I do not shop on competitive bids for my projects because there really are no competitors to Tom. Materials cost what they do regardless of the contractor so the only difference possible is the person on the job. My primary residence recently appraised at over 1 million, a 60% appreciation in 12 years! Quality that stands the test of time is why Tom is currently estimating a second recreational home in a neighboring state for my wife and I. We will have to pay more due to travel distance and out of state licensing, but frankly Tom is worth it. Cost figures below are for most recent commercial project.”

“Renowned renovations has done an excellent job installing sliding doors, replacing subfloor and tiling at slider and it looks awesome. Dakota has also built stairs leading into garage and replaced outdoor lantern lights at all doors and on each side of garage . He has installed a storm door in front entrance and is currently building out stairs at the front door for my mom which will be an added safety for her. I highly recommend this company for home renovations which Dakota is the owner. He is polite, trustworthy and just does a wonderful job.”
