“I was unexpectedly faced with a significant construction project as a result of wear and tear and water damage. the entire front porchway and second floor deck as well as a retaining wall needed immediate work. I contacted Mr. LaPuma who came out and assessed the situation. He gave me a true estimate that was financially competitive and accurate as to time. “We recently completed a first floor bathroom and laundry/utility room renovation with Millstone Creations. Peggy, the coordinator and all around “go to” was a pleasure to work with. She was organized and responsive and kept the all the moving pieces in place. Shon, the cabinet maker and problem solver displayed quality workmanship throughout all aspects of his involvement. We were especially pleased with the tile work which was significant and resulted in a beautiful, walk-in shower and floor. Our job was completed on time and on budget! “Andrey changed my ugly back yard into a beautiful deck and fence. I looked far and wide for a contractor to do this work. I had one other contractor look at the job but they were not willing to work with me to get the job done. Andrey listened to my ideas about how I wanted it built, and he worked with me to make it happen. I am in Boston so getting the permits to start the job was a huge effort. Andrey was great working with the city to get the permits. I am very happy with the way the project turned out.”
