“We built a home with Keim. They build one of their models (slightly modified) on our own lot. They worked with us to assess our lot, fit one of their homes to the property, tear down our old home, then work with us all the way through building our new home. They clearly have many years of experience working with all the necessary parties involved (the city, our neighbors, engineers, and all the sub-contractors). Joe and Matt Keim led the whole process; they are very hands on. They plan things ahead of time, which may seem unnecessary to us homeowners, but it works out to mean that the risk of unexpected delays/issues is very low. Our home finished up a couple weeks early. We found Keim to be very detailed oriented, which means everything is done to a high quality and to our specifications. We appreciated their attention to detail and quality. We wanted some specific style choices (e.g. specific style trim work, newel posts, balusters, etc.) as well as some other specifics, and they worked with us to meet our needs. You can choose the style you'd like your home to have (inside and out). We found Keim very responsive and good at communicating. All their subcontractors and vendors are enjoyable to work with and also have the same high-standards of quality. Any questions we had after closing were quickly responded to.
