“I have used Chris and his team at R.A.S Construction for several 'full service' projects (covering refurbishment, extending, plumbing, re-wiring etc) - each time the work and service has been exceptional. We received a detailed, competitive quote and the work was completed on-time to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation recommending them or using again. He provided references and gave the opportunity to view past projects (we were so impressed by the work and dedication that we were happy to have potential customers contact us and even view our finished projects).”

“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it! Our family thank you Design Abode for realising our dream kitchen. One happy customer!”

“We decided to extend our lounge to the side of our property into a narrow 7ft gap taking our property to the party wall. It was a tight and tricky space to build in. This did not faze Matt and his team at all. We encountered the first lock-down a week prior to commencement of works but Matt stuck to his word and started as soon as he could in May. Despite the challenges of working with COVID, the Beswick workforce were amazing; hardworking, professional and polite. They always left the site tidy and secure at night and were always positive and friendly. There were challenges along the way which they handled perfectly. When our 21ft steel arrived, we watched with awe at the ingenious way they got it into position. Everything went to plan was delivered on time and within budget. A job very well done and we are delighted with the result. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beswick and we would definitely use them again (Matt, when can you do my porch?!). Thanks to all the team, you made the whole process painless and fun!”

“We have used this construction company over the last few years and they have done some great work for us - the last job an excellent bathroom. We live in an old house and things not always straight forward. The contractors are always very pleasant and polite. We are confident that a job will be completed and we would never be left with something unfinished. A big bonus is that Pel will always reply to messages.”

“I had an extension built on my kitchen and another store added to my garage and cannot thank to CC builders enough for the end result. They actually finished the job earlier than anticipated and were very courteous and a pleasure to have around. The work they completed was extensive, but they got on with it, with no issues or having to be rained off. They were very competitive on price too comparing with quotes from other builders i did before, which was an added bonus.”

“As a female I can honestly say that the whole team at Rama Property Limited were true gentlemen. They guided us throughout the process and really treated our home as their own. It was wonderful to have builders that really took pride in their work and wanted everything to be perfect whilst, of course listening to our requirements. Lio is a problem solver and would be there on hand to provide more than one solution to any task. He kept us well informed throughout and was an absolute pleasure to be around. Throughout the process the team were organised and clean and tidy which, given the whole place was a complete building site was pretty impressive. There were always several people on site and everyone who works for the company is an expert in their own field and therefore that means they are true artists at what they specialise in. Lio and his team didn't just deliver quality work – they poured their expertise, passion, and dedication into every detail. Their commitment to excellence was evident at every stage, from the meticulous refurbishment to the flawless extension construction. “Oldfield Construction gave us the best quote for our kitchen extension and we liked the attitude and professionalism of the team that we met. The build ran smoothly and we were kept frequently updated of any changes and or issues. They were knowledgable and helped us make decisions on all aspects of the build. The finish on the interior is amazing and the outside looks great against the rest of the house. Would thoroughly recommend them.”
