“Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. “A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. “Green Line Construction has done great work for us on two occasions. They were hired by a restoration company to perform all of the repair, painting and and finish work required after a leaking pipe connection resulted in extensive water damage to our home. Remembering their good work, we hired Green Line for a remodeling project that included adding three bedrooms and upgrading a bathroom. The work was done quickly and professionally with excellent results. Remodeling is challenging for a number of reasons, requiring ingenuity and patience on the part of the construction company. Green Line Construction certainly provided all that was needed and more.”

“Anthony did wonderful work, was honest and fair in his dealings, and finished the addition exactly to our liking. If things went wrong, he fixed them and let us know, absorbing costs along the way. He responded to our comments and communicated with us often and effectively. The timeline for the project was much longer than any of us anticipated, partly due to unforeseen issues and partly due to scheduling. In the end, we are very happy with the project and would recommend Left Coast Builders and would hire them again.”
