“I highly recommend Marwan and Ocean Drive designs. He transformed our kitchen and the rest of our house into a beautiful space that we love to come home to; he listens better than most to his client's wants/needs and incorporates these into their design aesthetic. Marwan was very patient with us through the process, always willing to entertain our crazy ideas that at the end he made them a reality. He provided great 3D sketches which gave us a very good idea of what the end result was going to look like, helping visualize things. “I had worked with Drew before, but this kitchen was all my own. Drew made great suggestions, but I made all of the final choices. I am thrilled with the final outcome. “Just completed our Bathroom Remodeling with Optimal and we can't be more happy. We must say that we had great feeling about Optimal Home Remodeling from the moment we scheduled our appointments. The process was very professional and efficient, we had our meeting within few days and our quote in less than a day after our meeting. The cost felt fair and reasonable and we signed a contract. Next thing was obtaining city permit which was handled by Optimal as well. Construction went smooth, passed all city inspections and finish on time. If you're looking for honest and responsible company who doesn't compromise on quality use Optimal. We'll definitely use them for our future projects.”

“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction.
