Amanda was enthusiastic, imaginative, knowledgeable, supportive and energetic in staging my property. I live overseas and had only a small window in the UK but she managed it all for me and followed up efficiently on everything, and kept me well informed. She respected my budget and did a great job making my house look stylish, comfortable and inviting. Thank you Amanda - I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for great service, professionalism and flair.

Amanda was just perfect for what I needed - a fresh look at some of the rooms in the house that were 'ok' but not quite working. She made very helpful suggestions, moving things around - from place to place or room to room - and afterwards gave a detailed email summary, followed up with a Pinterest board of ideas for sourcing some of her suggestions. She was very good at working with what I had and knowing when to add something else. Very happy customer.

I contacted Amanda to help me spruce up my rental kitchen and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I didn't end up completing the project, due to external factors, but in my interactions with her I though she was extremely well prepared and really resourceful. Would definitely contact her in the future!

Makeover on a Victorian mansion flat in London. Amanda spent time getting to know me and the sorts of things I liked and didn't like. Amanda encouraged me to look and think about things that I wouldn't normally think about myself and step out of my comfort zone in terms of colour combinations and styles. Having Amanda on board really made a difference. I particularly adore the spectacular chandeliers she found for my lounge and bedroom. They were both excellent quality at the right price. If you are thinking of giving your property a makeover and need some additional inspiration then call Amanda and get her to find some special gems for you too!

Property Reviver is a concept unknown to us here but always upon valuations estate agents are scared to tell any home owners to make some changes in fear of loosing instructions but since dealing with Amanda at Property Reviver home owners have achieved a higher price than anticipated as well as landlords having in a higher monthly rental income

"We run a small gite business in the south of France and Amanda's help on so many aspects of the development project in 2008 has helped us to establish a very successful business.
Amanda's ideas ranged from moving walls to create much more usable space to suggesting the type of furniture that would be most suitable and where to source it at the best price.
Her understanding of the rentals market and how it differs to ones own home allowed us to make much better informed decisions that have proved to be successful over a number of years. She has great ideas that are original but also practical in the real world.
Amanda is very easy to work with and her genuine enthusiasm for all things property and design is very inspiring, particularly in the middle of a project when energy can flag a bit. She is always conscious of deadlines and budgets and actually gets great satisfaction from finding things needed at the bargain prices.
Amanda is part business guru, project manager, designer, as well bringing a fantastic positive energy to her projects."

Commented: Help with the awkward old media alcoveI'd definitely recommend getting rid of both alcoves and having a solid wall. Alternatively, if it is just a 'false' stud wall you could consider getting rid of the whole thing and opening up the room...

Commented: what colour floor?I'd advise sticking with a light colour floor, a darker colour floor will suck the life out of your kitchen. Have you considered LVT (luxury vinyl tiles), very durable and very stylish.

Commented: Curtain advice please!! (And armchair)Personally I wouldn't add curtains. Roman blinds to cover the top half of the windows is an option to consider.
