“3/9/2015 I am in love!!! It has always been a dream of mine to have a "fancy" closet. I now have one and I am beyond happy. Smart Closet Solutions was terrific from beginning to end. Ben is very knowledgeable, he really listened to what I needed. Sylvie was terrific as well. She emailed me the design for my approval and was great to speak to over the phone. She is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Smart Closet Solution if one is thinking about having a "fancy" closet installed. Thank you Smart Closet Solutions! “The years go by, and the clutter piles up. It’s so easy to put down a piece of paper, then another and another, until there is a mountain of paper. I had mountains and cartons and towering piles of books, creating an environment that was no longer conducive to restful relaxation. Ritsuko Nakajima came to my home last Sunday, and I am astonished every time I look at the empty spaces, as well as the spacious layout, in my bedroom. In just a few hours, Ritsuko cleared cartons, paper, and bookcases to make everything look lovely. In addition, I have an action plan to follow to make sure things stay clear, and another action plan to work on my own to eliminate some furniture so that my home looks even better. Thank you, Ritsuko. I am very happy to give you a good reference and think that others will also be very pleased with your work.”

“I called Cheryl and Jordan from IT’S ORGANIZED to help me with designing and organizing all of my closets and my kids closets which were a mess. They came to my home for the consultation, and I found them to be professional, non-judgemental, enthusiastic yet very calming, and incredibly knowledgable about organizing and organizing products! I had interviewed several organizers before them, and they were clearly the best! They were able to design and organize the most amazing closets for me and my kids! Their design was creative, and their organizing solutions were so practical. Even my husband and kids are able to sustain it and keep it organized! Before we had no space for our clothes, and now, not only can we fit all of our clothes, shoes, bags (and my kids costumes), etc. in the closets but we have extra space. I recommend them 110%!!! They are truly miracle workers.”

“I just moved and would very highly recommend Tori. She helped us prepare for the move by purging items that we weren't going to take (seems silly to pack up things you'll just throw out) and getting a sense of where we were thinking of using items in our new space. She coordinated with my movers and helped make decisions on what/how/if to pack certain items, which made unpacking with her so much easier. I'm a pretty organized Type A individual (and have the time to unpack as I'm on maternity leave) and at first I scoffed at having to pay an organizer so much, but she helped me deal with getting moved in, which included stuff from our 2 br apartment and furniture/wedding presents/a storage closet full of other stuff from in laws, which I could never have done nearly as well on my own. It was quite the undertaking, and she put a plan in place, helped delegate things to do for all my friends and family who helped, and made lots of suggestions on where to put things. She got me packed, moved in, and unpacked into our renovated 3BR home (plus all the stuff that comes with a 4 month old) in 4 days. She was crucial for our move and I really don't know what I would've done without her! (probably cry in a partially unpacked house)”

She supports her clients through the process, shows them easy ways to keep their papers and items organized, and leaves each space looking brand new! Gayle is especially good at working with older people who have a lot of barriers up around their "stuff" and want to safeguard everything for posterity. She treats them with compassion and good humor, with wonderful results. For those with hoarding tendencies or true hoarders, Gayle is actually certified to work with them and understands the underlying issues around hoarding. Not an easy task but as with everything, she takes on the challenge in a very positive way.”

“Andrea helped me organize all 3 of my boys closets, mine and my husbands and my office closet. She was amazing. I was so stressed out with all the clutter I had in each of these closets. She helped me get rid of things I didn't need and make full use of the space I had. I feel so much better since she reorganized my house. I highly recommend her company!!!! She is the best!!!!”
