“Gail worked with us on choosing colors for the exterior of an 1887 Victorian cottage belonging to the San Gabriel Historical Association. We showed her a picture from a magazine of a color scheme we liked. In addition to choosing an appropriate color scheme, it was our hope to enhance the various architectural elements present on the front facade of the cottage, which were previously all one color. Gail made several visits to the site and various test colors were applied. She is a great listener and wanted to know about our vision. She values the client's input. She explains how colors work together and about the element of undertones. Gail knows color! Three of the four colors she suggested were an immediate hit with us, especially the accent colors--colors we would never have considered. Our greatest challenge was finding just the right off-white shade for the trim. Gail is a perfectionist, patient and persistent. At last, she found the right one--we could all see it. It has been magical to see the painting of the house unfold. We are working with four colors and Gail did the color layout, as well. Again, we had no clue how to do that, but Gail did! Gail is an artist and it is a pleasure to see the artist's eye at work. The painters keep remarking on what a great color scheme we have. People drive by and stop to photograph the house, even other painters on their way to work! They always want to know the names of the colors. It has been a pleasure to work with Gail. She is a darling--a class act! We are grateful she was sent our way!”

“Miranda is a godsend!! Our house wouldn’t look anywhere close to as amazing as it does without her. We bought a house that had a seemingly endless number of surprise renovations that needed addressing which stripped our design budget down to almost nothing, but Miranda was incredible working within our budget, repurposing pieces we already had, and hunting for sales and deals!! I honestly think we would have spent the same amount of money if we didn’t use Miranda and our house wouldn’t look half as good! She designed every aspect of each room from the furniture, to lighting, to décor, tying everything together so it has a cohesive look. She is calm, level headed, with an amazing eye for detail and killer style. For the first few months after the house was done, I woke up every morning like it was Christmas morning, excited to look around my place. Without Miranda we would have had a house, but thanks to her, we have an incredible place I am proud to call my home.”

“We consulted with Amber on refreshing some framed images around the hallways and offices at our HQ building where approximately 7 of our organization's executives sit. We had acquired the artwork we wanted to use years ago but could just never get to the point of actually getting things framed and on the walls! Amber came by and walked our office, studied all of the artwork and then recommended a frame type and color that she thought would best compliment the existing design of the office. She then located a framing resource nearby which did a high quality, low cost job. She brought all the framed artwork back and helped install them in the locations she thought would be most interesting given each image. The office was ABUZZ with excitement as she worked, our executives were following her around and remarking at how great they turned out and how exciting it was to finally have this project complete. It was a modest project but Amber handled it on time, as promised and with a smile-- she made a fan of everyone at our HQ. We would definitely use her again on another interior design project.”
