“Vahena project managed and designed an 85m2, two story extension of our detached, Georgian property in Cheltenham. We are both busy professionals, with a large family and having her on board, made the upheaval of such a huge project relatively painless. The design phase commenced in Nov 2020 and building work started Nov 2021 and the build was completed in June 2022. Despite the Covid pandemic she brought the project to completion on time and on budget (yes you have read this correctly!). This is an incredible feat for which I give credit to Vahena and the fantastic team she works with. Vahena patiently and expertly guided us through the multiple versions of our build. With her skill she navigated us from the design we originally thought we wanted, to the ‘blue sky’ version of the build and back down to the reality of the build we actually needed, wanted and could afford. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she was always patient and professional, offering guidance where needed. She is passionate, tenacious, enthusiastic, organised and flexible and her communication is exemplary. She works alongside a team of experts including; structural engineers, architects and builders. The stress of finding the best tradesperson for each aspect of the build was therefore taken out of our hands. By listening to our vision, getting to know us and our family, she was able to understand the design which suited us in what I can only describe as a completely bespoke, individualised service. I cannot imagine undertaking a project of this magnitude without her, she was indispensable and I really cannot recommend the service offered by Vahena Marsili Interiors enough.”

“My husband and I engaged with Teresa of TME interiors after a search on the internet for interior designer professionals. We wanted to redo two of our rooms to create a sense of space, comfort and of course elegance. Our criteria for choosing a professional to work with was that the person was approachable, friendly, would work with us and guide us to create the most suitable look for our rooms, would be able to suggest colours and ideas and probably stretch our imagination with their knowledge and experience. Of the four people I contacted, Teresa fit the bill perfectly! She came home, took the measurements, spent a good two hours talking to us and taking notes, went away and in a matter of a few weeks, came back to us with ideas and a lovely presentation of the plan she had for us. It fit within our budget, she had appropriate options for us, and wonderful suggestions with colours and furniture. Her suggestions included the links where we could buy pieces and their prices (so all I need to do was click and order!). Very importantly, she understood our requirements of colour, aesthetics, cost and comfort. Her plans reduced the confusions we had in our minds! Teresa has been very professional and a wonderful 'artist' to work with. She is someone I would highly recommend and use in the future if we have any projects!”
