“Sue is an amazingly talented, creative designer and project manager. We first worked together at our manhattan office when whe transformed a receptionists' area into a small conference room. She thinks out of the box and created a beautiful, useable space that has changed the entrance to our office suite. I found Sue to be such a pleasant, easy going and lovely person with whom to work that I asked her to work on some rooms in our home. She reimagined my home office which always felt cramped and gloomy into an open, modern room which is now our favorite space in the house. We are continuing to work together on updating and modernizing additional rooms. Sue is the best designer and I highly recommend her!”

“Ellen Kilroy at Ethan Allen in Danbury has been my sales person for the last 12 years. She is friendly and very knowledgeable and has helped me chose my dining room set, area rug and silhouette shades for my dining room, a couch, chairs and area rug for my living room, and most recently a sofa bed and a plantation shutter for my den. She is excellent at choosing fabrics. When she couldn't reupholster a chair at Ethan Allen, she referred me to an upholstery store that did an excellent job. I respect her and highly recommend her. I look forward to working with her for many years to come.”

“These are very high quality handmade mosaics, made in the Syrian ancient tradition. Fayez is very responsive and the numerous pieces I have commissioned from him for our outdoor panels have been fantastic and held up very well in transit. They are relatively easy to install using a proper high strength thinset such as X70 (the type with more glue in it, and it will be white in color, don't use the more basic thinset or mortar which is for heavier and/or larger ceramic tiles). It is also important to use the polyurethane grout (Bostik, Starlike EVO, FusionPro) which can easily be dressed up further with mica pigments (used for epoxy resin) which you can buy on Amazon. Top off with a high quality sealer (the more expensive StoneTech ones for example). Note also that these are made of marble and quartz, not glass, so they should last for 100s of years. Highly recommended!”
