“I hired Faye to help design my ensuite and walk in wardrobe extension. From initial ideas and designs, to the build and installation all the way to finishing touches, she was there to guide me through it all. The process was super easy, we loved all of her ideas and felt confident in what the finished product would look like. Nothing was too much hassle for Faye. She took on the decorating and finishing touches herself and we’ve become good friends. Myself and my husband couldn’t be happier with the finished product and will definitely be using House of Margot again for the next project!”

“2013 saw the tenth anniversary of the opening of my coffee shop, The Brown Bag in Wokingham. I decided to mark it by redesigning the interior, and engaged Emily’s services. Emily helped me to create a design that was welcoming to customers, as well as providing my coffee shop with its own identity and therefore strengthening my brand. She also understood the importance of working within my budget, and sourced some great, well priced furnishings and accessories. The redesign has been a huge success with my customers. In the month following the refit my revenue increased by 21%, and this increase in trade continued in the months after. I was surprised at how such a limited budget, carefully applied to achieve the right refit, could have such a significantly positive effect on trade. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Emily on this project. She had some pragmatic and affordable ideas, understood my requirements and the fee for her design services was very reasonable.”

“I first met Annie before we even knocked our old house down. She and her Team were with me throughout the whole construction period of the new house and completely took the stress out of creating a beautiful home on the inside. Annie and her Team are always contactable no matter how trivial the question may seem. She has created a beautiful interior in our house and completely understood how our family lives. Annie also respected our desire to make the interior design an ongoing process. We will be adding to the interiors as our house evolves. I would thoroughly recommend Annie and her Team, they allowed me to enjoy decorating and furnishing our house and the results are spectacular.”

She completely incorporated my briefing into her design, but added her touch, experience and creativity to create something that I could not have achieved on my own and still love just as much a year later. “My wife and I were very happy with Susan's service and quality of work. She was attentive and always listened to our wishes. The resultant design was of high quality and matched our needs perfectly. The subsequent implementation of the design (sourcing materials and furnishings, arranging and liaising with trades people and general oversight of the process of the work), was excellent. When the inevitable problems occurred with late or delayed deliveries or issues with trades, Susan was quickly responsive and always tackled the issues with a solutions-focused approach. Susan was highly communicative throughout the process and always responded promptly to any enquiries from us. She takes obvious professional pride in her work and became a trusted friend during the process. We are now really enjoying the results of Susan's work on a daily basis in our newly-re-designed and refurbished home. We would recommend Susan to prospective clients highly and without reservation.”
