“We found Chic on the Internet & were allocated Emma as our designer. We hit it off with her straight away & she quickly learnt how to work alongside us. She was very patient & professional & drew on our home & garden to come up with a design suitable for us. She had some good contacts & came up with some good prices for our lounge/staircase/landing project. We had a few blips, mainly with damaged goods arriving via on line buying. We found the ordering & returning of damaged goods the worst part of the whole project. In the main the workforce she employed were very good & although the whole project seemed to take a long time, we are highly satisfied with the end result.”

“We hired Abby to help transform our dated working environment into a a place which encouraged our employees back in to the office and truly reflected the dynamism of our brand. We wanted a 'home from home' feel, that re-engaged our workforce whilst being stylish, open and client facing. That said - I don't think we truly knew what this looked like; this is where Novo Design came into their own, they were heads and shoulders above any other organisation we were introduced to when it came to innovation and efficiency. Abby is a true talent, her ability to visualize is second to none and the whole project was seamless from start to finish; nothing was too much of an ask. The space is incredible and has significantly improved how we work together and collaborate as a business. Since the renovation, not one person has visited without commenting on how stunning it is; I couldn't recommend Novo Design anymore.”

“It is no exaggeration to say that Lydia Clarke-Betts has helped to transform the Charles Booth Centre, almost beyond recognition. A beautiful old building with plenty of character that has with over 50 years of neglect slipped to a shadow of its former glory. Lydia’s eye for colour, attention to detail and understanding of bringing period features to a modern time has given us the wow effect! Not only that, but she is sympathetic to our charitable status, limited funds and multi-use requirements and has bought on a budget, volunteered a huge amount of her own time and taken on a vast project with a cheerful, professional and dedicated attitude and we are incredibly fortunate to have worked with her. “Sophie has been working with us to improve and modernise the lighting in our cottage. We have an ongoing project, but so far she has provided some excellent ideas and recommendations for unique light fittings which complement and enhance the features of the house, despite being contrastly modern to the old building. We are excited about the next phase of the project and have found Sophie to be professional and responsive in all dealings we have had with her. Highly recommended.”
