“We moved into our new build in 2013 with the typical white walls in every room. Four years later we decided to move things on. Understandably we were both a little nervous about the change, so our choice of interior designer was very important to us. We have always sought recommendations and fortunately Middlethorpe Interiors were suggested. After meeting Ann the nervousness was replaced by excitement of what she was creating for us. Don't get me wrong there were times along the way when we felt our "design comfort zone" was being challenged, but we are so glad we trusted in her creativity. It speaks volumes that we have over the last few weeks spent time just sat in the various rooms admiring the finished effect, which is also testament to the high quality of the tradesmen she works with. We would thoroughly recommend”

“Setting up a house in South Africa is daunting but with Caroline's help with the interiors this became an enjoyable task. Regular meetings took place to establish requirements and preferences which evolved into fully specified plans including - a room by room Look-book ;Fabric ; Finishes ; Electrical schedules and Final Costs Breakdown. We then spent two weeks in South Africa implementing these plans (buying furniture, instructing decorators and curtain makers , etc.) with Caroline providing support from the UK. Having all these detailed plans in advance of the trip made completing the project so much easier. Throughout the project Caroline listened to our requirements, sourced options and ultimately provided an exciting schedule that met our budget. I would recommend her services unreservedly.”

“During my time editing Concept For Living (which was then the north's best-selling interiors magazine) I was overwhelmed by the number of inspiring interiors I viewed every day through my job. However, Simon Milner Moore, Director of Blind Colour, really stood out. His schemes were original, contemporary and packed with clever design features which would make them a joy to live with for years to come. Simon worked his magic on my Georgian apartment, creating incredibly clever storage solutions & making every room a pleasure to spend time in. I would recommend Simon to anyone!”

“I contacted Lauren to re design my living room, I had just bought my house and all rooms were tired and dull looking. I had never used a designer before but Lauren put me at ease instantly, assuring me that all aspects of the design would come back to my likes & dislikes. I was unable to complete the whole room instantly due to funding but Lauren provided mood boards & item lists, ordered any samples that I wanted to see and used her trade accounts to purchase things at a cost that I could manage. The room couldn't have turned out better in my eyes and is exactly what I was looking for.C”
