Lindsey did an incredible job on the Kenure Gate show house; it was appropriate to the market, but still individual enough to create a memorable and stylish statement. She was a pleasure to work with, and very well organised. Most products arrived in one huge delivery, and the show house was dressed within a very short space of time. We understand that all Kenure Gate Phase 1 properties sold within the first week of the launch date. I am delighted by how well, with Lindsey Roberts’ professional guidance, our penthouse apartment development in Islington N1 has come together. Lindsey understood what we wanted to achieve and the market we needed to target and was able to marry elements of the distinctive architecture and unique setting with a design concept and associated finishes, fixtures and fittings that celebrate and enhance the scheme. She has used bold accent details within a contemporary metropolitan style that our agents have said make it stand out from competing developments in the same market whilst being subtle and sophisticated enough not to limit its marketability. Throughout , Lindsey has listened to her client and brought fresh ideas and challenge to ensure we achieve our overall objectives within an agreed and commercially appropriate budget. She is always a pleasure to work with and is professional, meticulous, timely and thorough in all she does. I am a professional photographer and I have worked several times now with Lindsey, photographing her various projects. She goes from strength to strength. She is well-organised, has a clear vision and doesn't neglect the details - all essential capabilities from my perspective. I was particularly impressed by some the innovative solutions she had come up with for dealing with light and storage in her recent project.

We commissioned Forrester Roberts for a complete refurbishment of our 3 bedroom, 2 reception period house. This included extensive building works to create an open plan ground floor and to convert the existing living room into a home office. Lindsey crafted the new floor plan which elegantly maximised all spaces in an old house. She offered beautiful design concepts for each room and sourced products such as lights, window dressings, furniture, etc. Although we came with our own strong opinions, she consistently offered a voice of reason, and a sound point of view. We found her to be really talented as a designer: she has a keen eye and the ability to very much listen to our expectations and aesthetic views, and then apply them superbly. To give a couple of examples, our kitchen was originally a separate room, Lindsey produced drawings to help visualise the kitchen with a new open plan layout. Walls were removed and the small, middling kitchen has now been transformed into one of the highlights of the house. Lindsey was great at taking a simple idea from us (we wanted a cork board for the office) and then developing the idea... our office now has a beautiful cork wall with soft oak accessories throughout. She made an old Japanese screen which we'd had in our family into the centre piece of our newly redecorated master bedroom, to splendid effect. She's also a lovely, warm person. We ended up spending a lot of time with her, and corresponding extensively. We have found a refurbishment of this magnitude to be an exhaustive (and exhausting!), intimate process, but we were very happy with our choice of designer who guided us in creating our family home. We walk around our house and it feels very much like our vision has come to life, but we also see Lindsey's touches everywhere, and, in our opinion, this is what the best designers do.

Lindsay is a confident Interior Designer who is great at coming up with new and exciting ways to bring individual style to each clients soft furnishing and window treatments, whether using trims and well considered fabric combinations or creating a bespoke shaped pelmet for something special. We have worked together on a variety of projects, efficient and organised, Lindsey is professional and her straightforward approach makes her a joy to work with.

Following a highly stressful bathroom refurb, I treated myself to Lindsey's interior design services when it came to tackling the kitchen. Within the first visit, I felt that it had paid for itself. She immediately recommended a much improved kitchen layout and gently steered me away from a few dodgy flooring and colour choices I'd made. It was just great having her support and ideas throughout the project. I loved her design plans and I was grateful to not have to field calls from the different kitchen suppliers! I used her builders, who have been just superb and very fairly priced, unlike the previous 2 sets I'd had. Overall I'm just thrilled with how the space has been transformed with Lindsey's very professional help. I completely recommend her.

Lindsey has often collaborated on projects with me and always brings an extra special brand of creativity to the table. Her ideas question the boundaries and go beyond the brief to deliver something unique and individual to the client. I would highly recommend her for her innovative ideas and approach to whatever project you may be considering.

We found Lindsey extremely detailed and diligent in her appraisal. Unlike some other designers we have used she actually listened to what we wanted and then responded to that, rather than just just going through the motions and designing what she wanted. She has good use of colour, is very imaginative and knows how to mix contemporary and traditional themes. She came up with something really different. Our only criticism is that she could have been a bit quicker, but we think she spent a long time thinking it through. The end result was much admired.

My bedroom is now a peaceful haven of organisation and calm. The bespoke wardrobes and cupboards are beautifully crafted and and they fit perfectly in what I would describe as a challenging space. The whole room has opened up, and is bright and airy. Lindsey handled everything with professionalism, flair and charm and I'm delighted with the wonderful results. Forrester Roberts has designed several rooms for me over the years. Always friendly and personable, Lindsey takes time to understand your needs and requirements. It has been exciting to see her ideas; ones we would have never considered ourselves or indeed thought possible. All our projects have been completed on time and on budget. In fact, I am so delighted with her work that I have asked her to redesign our family bathroom. Already, I can see the same approach and attention to detail being taken to this project.
