Lesley is lovely, Amanda is lovely, and so to is Henny. Susie has her moments too. They are also very professional, knowledgeable, creative, caring and enthusiastic .... they all talk to each other! I was in business thirty years, and a managing director for fifteen of these. I could have counted the companies I felt gave exceptionally service during that time on one hand. I genuinely feel Pfeiffer would have topped this list, they are so really hard to fault. Before finding Pfeiffer I visited two well known stores and their design consultants and came away thinking their designs would be a quickly assembled selection of furniture available in their stores. Pfeiffer on the other hand, managed everything, arranging the repainting of the entire apartment (it was originally a ghastly white), the re-carpeting of two rooms, the selection and procurement of beautiful curtains, rugs, furniture and lighting, they even suggested items to accessorise and convinced me of the need for a few scatter cushions and candles. It all works perfectly together. If you want a proper job done speak to them, they have a pond with ducks and everything. Mike

We asked Pfeiffer to re-design the downstairs area of our townhouse. They did a wonderful job opening our eyes to the various possibilities in terms of layout and style; and worked with us through various iterations of our favourite layouts. The process was immensely helpful and allowed us to confidently go ahead with our preferred layout/style. The consultants met our deadlines and budget and were very knowledgeable both on the style end of things, as well as the building end of things.

What would we have done without Pfeiffer Design I'm not sure, but what we did accomplish with them, was to bring to life an amazing family home designed perfectly for us. If you are in any doubt don't hesitate to bring in Susie and her team, they are professional but go way beyond the norm in that respect, from the 15 designs they drew initially to help us decide on our internal layout, to their experience with lighting and even future proofing the outside space, it was a delight to experience and we loved working with all the team. Pfeiffer Design is responsible for transforming our home into something we can call our own. When we first met, our house was rather dull and lacked 'the personal touch'. But with the spiral staircase and wide spaces, we knew the property had potential. During the design stage, we were impressed with their initial concept and really liked that they gave us a few options to choose from. We chose a 50s 'Mad Men' mid-century design with a modern twist for the ground floor. They provided excellent choices in terms of materials, including our french oak floors and the wall paneling. The large white tiles imported from Italy (with underfloor heating) is another favourite. The bespoke curtains and roman blinds helped add the finishing touches to the downstairs. We are also in love with the interior design for all of our upstairs bedrooms. From the choice of wall colours, wallpapers and lush grey-silver carpets, they added a warm and cosy touch to each bedroom. The bespoke pieces of upholstered furniture, including two impressive bedroom headboards and the curtains and roman blinds gave each room a unique look and feel. We were also impressed with Graham, their contractor decorator who helped with the painting and flooring. A shout out to your the entire Pfeiffer Design team, especially Jenna for always been friendly and helpful. Jenna clearly has impeccable taste when sourcing furniture or ordering bespoke upholstered items. We are aware that we kept you on your toes with our very precise ways of doing things. We look forward to one day working on another project.

From the first meeting at the house we knew we would use Susie and her company, their design knowledge and concept came across abundantly clear and through meetings on site and in the studio those concepts became a reality. Susie Pfeiffer at Pfeiffer Design really helped us to visualise several possibilities of rearranging our open-plan kitchen / dining space and to add an extension. The numerous graphical representations that she presented us with were extremely thorough, well considered and simple to interpret. Susie discussed the benefits and disadvantages or each design with us and outlined some ballpark costs of each. These detailed discussions enabled us to reach a well balanced decision about the design that best fits the way we want to live in the space for the next decade.
