PAD has been wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Communication was excellent throughout, the process was smooth with very few hiccups, the design process was thoughtful and the team was proactive and reliable. PAD were great from start to finish on our project. At the outset they took the time to understand our needs and were patient when we were indecisive and offered a range of solutions at different budgets. They came and visited us and took us through design options. The kitchen was part of an extension and they worked well with the builder to make sure everything ran smoothly. When we had a delay on our extension they were really helpful in fitting us into a new slot to minimise the impact. They were also friendly and professional throughout. The units are high quality and look great, and we love our new kitchen.

We were referred to PAD via our designer for our top to bottom kitchen renovation. PAD were wonderful from start to finish - high quality design, flexible and appreciated their willingness to travel to us to show us various designs and materials. I met Selena at a networking event many years ago, and we connected through LinkedIn; I frequently saw posts of kitchen design, whether PAD’s own or commenting on and sharing others’ work. When I contacted Selena to ask her to send a photo which she had previously posted, as a friend was looking to re-design their kitchen, I received a prompt and very helpful response. When we turned to our own kitchen I got in touch with PAD. We could not be happier with our kitchen, and their service is as close to perfection as one could hope for. We initially had a Teams consultation with Selena and Libra; they were interested in getting to know a little bit more about us as well as what we might be after; this was refreshing and it also meant that they could make recommendations to us that we might not otherwise have been offered. We then had another call and then a site visit over a few months (again they were very patient). They were incredibly patient and not at all pushy; we were able to add to and remove works with relative ease – nothing was too difficult and not visibly an irritation either(!). Their design was exactly on point (love the colour combinations and the in-built larder is a thing of beauty as well as practicality) and their product and workmanship superb. Libra or Victoria were present throughout the installation with he wider team (all very considerate and polite), and on hand when there was the inevitable subsequent (albeit considerably less than expected) snagging. Even when John’s car was broken into while outside our house by opportunistic thieves, he prioritised the work). They worked around our other builders (who did the preparatory work i.e. rip-out, electrics, and re-tiling) and were on hand for questions. We also bought our own appliances (Bora aside) as the lead time was faster and we had room to store them. When appliances weren’t available they assisted with pointing us towards appropriate alternatives. Their pricing was also competitive – you get more than what you pay for, in my opinion. This is definitely the most positive review I have ever posted, and PAD are thoroughly deserving of it.

Victoria of PAD kitchens spent a lot of time with me going through the various options before her first visit. PAD gave a very good recommendation of some contractors who would strip out the old kitchen, fix the electrics, plumbing, tiling etc. Victoria would visit regularly to review progress and would respond quickly to my queries dealing with any issues in a very professional manner. I greatly valued her view on colour of the units, my shortlist of floor tiles and splash back. I am very pleased with the results.

I would encourage anyone to use PAD. Their service, design knowledge, assistance, on site support, personal service and general patience with my project that spanned two years has been amazing. They really understood my vision for my kitchen and found a way to make it. They went above beyond and didn't mind all my emails and little changes. I would highly recommend them!
